If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery.

We do not accept a return however, you can request an exchange of size for the same SKU.
If the product meets our exchange guidelines, the exchange will be processed Or if any damaged occurred after Quality Check an amount of damaged charges will be charged to the customer. If any damaged charges occurred customer will have to clear the charged amount & then the exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
