IZEL Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging with labels intact.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or hand-painted products cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is submitted and approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
  • Your product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
  • If the product meets our return guidelines, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Mode

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
  • You can also provide alternate bank or UPI details if required.

5. Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery.

Please click pictures at the time of delivery with the delivery partner and inform us immediately at izellifestylecare@gmail.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Customised or hand-painted products cannot be refunded….. Instead add Request of Exchange only accepted if change in exchange of shoe size warehouse.
If the product meets our return guidelines, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
