IZEL Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging with labels intact.

2. Non-Exchange Cases

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or hand-painted products cannot be refunded.

3. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is submitted and approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
  • Your product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
  • If the product meets our return guidelines, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Exchange Mode

  • If the product meets our exchange guidelines, the exchange will be processed Or if any damaged occurred after Quality Check an amount of damaged charges will be charged to the customer. If any damaged charges occurred customer will have to clear the charged amount & then the exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery.

Please click pictures at the time of delivery with the delivery partner and inform us immediately at izellifestylecare@gmail.com and we will assist you with a replacement.

We do not accept a return however, you can request an exchange of size for the same SKU..
