  • Orders placed will be dispatched within 1 business day for in-stock products.
  • Delivery time ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on the following Monday.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

4. Tampered or Damaged Parcels

  • If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, do not accept the delivery.
